Part IV - Girls in the Gang

From July till October I was very actively involved with the crew. In July, the leading female in the crew was _______. I was second in command. If Brad was out of town, the person that became in charge was me. If I had a problem with the guys, that I didn’t think I could handle, I went to Shad. But, the girls answered only to me. The girls never had to answer to Brad unless I was out of the picture. . . . The girls are beat-in now. They do not get sexed in anymore. At least in our crew, I stopped that immediately. It’s a very degrading experience actually, if you think back on it. At the time it wasn’t hard for me, cuz I was higher than a kite. But, it’s a very degrading experience and I didn’t think that the girls with low self esteem that were coming into our crew needed that on top of everything else. So, they get beat in now. And the girls beat the girls in, the guys do not partake in that beat-in. The girls get beat-in for half the length of time as the guys.

The girls get three minutes, and very rarely does it ever last that long. It’s just whatever we decide. If we decide you took it pretty well, then, yeah you can join. We don’t use a Stopwatch, we just kinda go with whatever we feel. There are girls that I didn’t like that yeah, they probably got beat-in worse than they probably should of. But, that’s cuz I had personal problems with them and I was in charge so who’s gonna question it...
